The weekend was good.

Crazy winds up to like 35-40 mph, but most of the time I could find a seam and get a 40 ft cast off. Sometimes a little longer. Which was great. The crappie, largemouth and panfish were all looking for my fly. Most found it :-)

Beautiful Day

Another beautiful day in the neighborhood. I just oughta start fishing from here in the mornings before I have to be at work...This spot here usually has a ton of Chain Pickerel.

Out early to watch the Moon setting.

The moon was setting early this morning over Great Patchogue Lake. Still waaaay windy out there...

The fog was real yesterday morning. Wow, and it just lasted most of the day too.

Fishing was iffy for some reason. Finally got this little fella on a size 16 fly. They just weren't hitting for anything.

Over at Yaphank this past weekend...not too shabby. Browns and bows were out and about...Got a lil phattie brown. Well awrighty. :-)

Have to tell ya tho' was up at the buttcrack of dawn. It was absolutely still out here. Best time for the fishies to give themselves away. lol.
